One of the Cloudberry Remote Assistant users (PC)- whenever they disconnect after utilizing Remote Assistant, the Cloudberry program gets closed so they cannot remote in again. Any idea why that may be happening?

Finally, Close application when the incoming connection is terminated is NOT checked on.

It's not clear from your post which UI is closing. Is it the remote machine you are connecting to or the machine being used to connect?

If it's the machine being used to connect, can you re-run the UI from the Start Menu? If not, can you see if the UI is still running in Task Manager?

RA runs as a Windows Service (with the UI component for interactive control). Can you check to see if the service is still running? The service name is Remote Assistant Service.

Sure, the destination machine's Cloudberry is closing. In other words, even though we have Unattended access setup on the destination machine, when the remote user connect to the destination machine, does their remote work, then disconnects, Cloudberry exits out of the destination machine as if it were manually closed and the user can no longer connect to the destination machine. We have to remote in using other software, then manually start up Remote Assistant and they can reconnect again. Rinse & Repeat every day.

CloudRAService is Running on the destination machine however the user is only able to connect when the GUI is running (minimized to tray or otherwise)

When you disconnect, you are given options for how you want to do that. Which option is being selected?

I would suggest starting from investigating the Event Logs to seek for the reason of the crash. If the process is crashing or being closed forcibly it should reflect at least what happened.
