Application Error on Startup

Yesterday while using CBRA the application on the remote PC crashed. The remote PC now has an error on starting the application:

RaConfig.Load: There is an error in XML document (0, 0).

What is the best way to resolve the issue without losing config info?

[reply=“JDBT;d1159”] It seems that the configuration files got corrupted or maybe even the software’s files too. I would suggest a clean re-install as cleaning out only config folder might not get the required result.
