Black Screen

I am a previous TeamViewer user- been blocked as a commercial user – I am not.
Remote Assistant appears to be a good alternative
But, after a number of successful sessions, I run it to a problem.
Screen remain in “Black” mode on the remote computer after a “Remote Assistant” session and I can’t get it to return to normal even after uninstalling the Remote Assistant app.
Any suggestion?

It might be related to the way the session ends, are you using the standard connection or Unattended Access?
