Why do I see two different bucket icons in Explorer?
To clarify both buckets have “Turn on Website” checked. I’m just curious why the icons are different.

Ah ok. Both buckets have CloudFront in front of them, however I checked the CloudFront settings and one was misconfigured. The one with the blue icon was set to Custom Origin pointing to the bucket instead of S3 Origin. I changed it to S3 Origin, and now both show the purple icon with the globe. Thank you for your help.
