Cannot enter computer credentials on Wind10 machine after reboot. Keyboard input not working

When you reboot a Win10 machine and the lock screen appears, the remote user cannot input the password. The keyboard entries are not being sent.

[reply=“ieg;d305”] Click the icon (bottom right section of screen) to see the Ease of Access menu, and select the On-Screen Keyboard. Can you complete the login that way?

Could you provide us with some more details on the second machines specs like what is the OS, is it physical or virtual, does it have the keyboard connected?
