I have an s3 bucket that contains multiple .cbl archive backups but when i attempt to restore anything, regardless of time time range it keeps coming back as no files found. I downloaded the .cbl archive file manually so is there any way to un-archive it and get the files out?
[reply=“alm;d878”] You need to use our software to restore any data that was backed up by it, so for further investigation it’s better to send us diagnostic logs via tools > diagnostic menu, we’ll continue investigation in the ticket system.
