Can't click on anything on the remote computer

The 1st time I set this program up on my computers everything worked fine, the 2nd time I logged in, I can’t seem to click on anything on the remote computer, I’m not sure what happened, it did the same thing logging into a second computer as well

[reply=“Lorenzo;d1721”] I’m guessing you’re in view only mode. You’ll need to request access to control the remote system. If you use unattended access, you can control. Let me know if that helps.

I appreciate the help..I do see that it’s in view mode only..how do I request access?
