I noticed that Carbonite doesn’t seem to play well with MSP360. I have to generally remove Carbonite or else I get a message.

An error occurred (code: 1003)
The creation of a shadow copy is already in progress.

This only happens with Carbonite. The only reason I don’t have these customers use MSP360 for offsite is because is some have over 2tb of data and are residential customers. I didn’t have this issue when using Acronis. Just looking for some guidance.

[reply=“Jackie Gibbs;d2192”] Multiple backup products can conflict with one another. If you’re going to run both, then make sure backup plans do not overlap or avoid using VSS on one of them to avoid the error you’re seeing.
