Change CloudBerry computer ID

I built a new Windows Pro 10 computer by duplicating the system drive from an existing computer then modifying licences as appropriate.

I have an issue in that the Cloudberry ID is now the same on both computers. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the CloudBerry software but the ID did not change.

How can I get one of the computers to have a different ID?

At the moment we don’t have the option to regenerate it in GUI, but you can do this manually. Please navigate to C:\ProgramData\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Remote Assistant\RaSettings.xml and find the following string:

<Id>999999999</Id>

Then delete the whole string, save the file, relaunch the app and here’s your brand new ID.
