Changing User Who Is Running Cloudberry Backup

Hello,

I was previously running CBB Desktop as an administrator to troubleshoot some problems. Now those problems are resolved, I want to go back to running it as my normal user account.

I have exported and imported the configuration from the admin account to the user account, but now have 2 issues:

[] Even though the files being backed up are the same (on an external dive), CBB creates a differential backup, but then considers all files to be new / changed.

] Even though the backup plans have been imported, the Backup Storage does not show the correct Archives, only the test one that was originally created.

Any help that can be provided would be appreciated.

[reply=“Matt;5906”] Thanks for your response. I think I have figured this out, but I have hit my free tier retrieval so need to wait for that.

I restored the plans from the admin account and forced a consistency check which brought back the archives.
