Hi, I’ve been using Cloudberry for a long time and it’s been okay but I’ve been having this problem for a some time. I am trying to backup my website’s FTP folder to local PC and it’s trying to download files like this (in the root public_html directory):
public_html/file.ext/files.ext
and I get “Backup completed with warnings” everyday.
There’s no reason it should be downloading these files, but it does it every single time. Support ticket has not been helpful.
[reply=“Niroj;d1015”] Is that a cloud to local backup? I need more info on your setup and diagnostic logs mentioning this thread sent to us. Can’t guarantee that the issue will be resolved since we provide FTP functionality on “as is” basis, but I’ll try to do everything I can.

Ok, that looks like a bug. Escalated this case to our devs.
