Cloudberry deleted my S3 files. How can I restore them?

Hello. I am using “cloudberry desktop edition” and a have a cloudberry backup plan that uploads files to aws s3.

I hit my plan’s limit of 5 TB, so I deleted some of the files in cloudberry’s “backup storage” tab to make up some space, assuming it only deletes from cloudberry’s cloud data, but it turns out it’s deleting from my s3 bucket as well.

Is there a way to restore the files I deleted? Does cloudberry maintain this option to recover them? I’m willing to upgrade my plan if there’s a higher plan that supports that.

@“Alexander Negrash” @“David Gugick” can you help with this question please?

[reply=“Sary;10365”] When you delete data from the Backup Storage tab, you delete if from cloud storage. We don’t store any of your data. It all goes directly to you cloud storage account

[reply=“Alexander Negrash;10367”] Thanks for the answer. For some reason, this wasn’t very clear for me in the “backup storage” tab. I thought it was a middle storage area owned by cloudberry.

I’ll try to manage.
