I’m configuring a backup in a Windows Server 2008 R2 to send a backup to a s3 Compatible storage (Oracle Cloud) but while I’m trying to connect a new account, don’t list any bucket. Please could you help me?
[reply=“José Mauricio;d1066”], can you create a bucket?
Does it report any issues?
[reply=“Anton Zorin;3792”] I already created the bucket and configure them in another four servers (Windows 2016 server) with success. Just in one VM running Windows Server 2008 R2 the bucket is not listed in the Cloudberry.
[reply=“José Mauricio;3793”] Any unusual third-party software that’s not installed on the other servers?
[reply=“Anton Zorin;3794”] None, I have checked it.

Thanks
[reply=“Anton Zorin;3796”] I solved this issue. The problem was the time of the server that was wrong, so I change for the correct timezone and the Bucket was listed in the Cloudberry. Thank you for your assistance here.
