Deletion of previous Full/block level backup - no delete button on right click

Hello,

I was browsing through backup sets in the Backup Storage tab while in the app.
And I noticed we have the 2018 year full and block level files in one of the sets, and after reading how to delete these with a right click, I found I couldn’t get the delete function to show up for any items in storage, in any plan.
Has this feature been removed/moved? Or have I missed something obvious?
(If I were to successfully remove them, I presume I should run the Synchronize function to get everything in sync.)

[reply=“RemediumSupport;d964”] Most likely you’re trying to delete backups that were made using a different backup prefix(i.e. different machine).
You need to navigate to Online Backup account menu, go to advanced settings and switch prefix so it matches the one you see on the backup storage tab.
Also, if my assumptions are correct it’s actually quite likely that those backups no longer exist, since the info about the data under inactive prefixes is not updated automatically.
