Disaster recovery on Mac ?

Hi,

I could not find the detailed procedure to perform a recovery on a brand new drive. I use CloudBerry Backup on Mac and with targets on Azure Blob Storage and AWS S3.
For testing, I’ve installed the CloudBerry free version on a second Mac and I registered my AWS target storage with the access key and secret key. I can see the bucket, then if I perform a sync, I do not see any files I can recover from a restore plan I create.

So my question is, if you want to restore your files onto a brand new machine, what can I find the detailed CloudBerry procedure ?

Thanks
Nicolas

[reply=“Nicolas Wipfli;d1077”] It’s possible your prefix is wrong. Please refer to this help article: https://help.cloudberrylab.com/cloudberry-backup/restore/about-restore/restore-from-another-computer

Or this one on Restore Only Mode: https://help.cloudberrylab.com/cloudberry-backup/restore/restore-only-mode
