Does Teamviewer interfere with Remote Assistant

Hello All,

I am using Remote Assistant on a neighborhood system. For support reasons from another vendor, Teamviewer is installed. When I try to access using Remote Assistant It gets to the point where access is waiting for incoming data. I actually have start an access session with Teamviewer at .
which point the Remote Assistant session starts working.

Hello Jim,

I think you are right, I wouldn’t recommend using 2 remote control tools simultaneously. They are basically interfering into active session and due to the fact that we are using absolutely different mechanisms of session management this might be the result.
