Email reports in Ubuntu 22.05

Hi, trying out this software to see if it does what I want, which is to back up to the cloud. So far so good.
However, I am not getting the reports emailed to me, and I have confirmed my email address with MSP360.
I have checked all settings and can find nothing. Nothing in the forums, it seems it just works for other people.

Still no results from this, tried a different email, etc. I have had one email report. Not very promising as commercial software when one cannot get a report. I had wanted to use the commercial version of this across our clients, but with complete lack of reporting functioning, there is no point. On to the next product.
