Hi All.
I have a basic question.. once connected to the remote computer I don’t seem to be able to take any control. I can use the side scrollbar on a web page browser but can’t type anything or have any other controls.. I’m used to using Teamviewer and once connected with that one you have total control … Is there something I have to do to activate controls once connected. Thanks Russell
[reply=“Russell;d1948”] If you’re not using unattended access, you need to request full access and have the person at the other end approve the request.
