I loaded Remote Assistant several months ago and it worked fine for one day… then kept running into the message: ‘Established, waiting for incoming data’ and it just hangs. Several weeks later I uninstalled then reinstalled Remote Assistant and the same thing happened. It worked fine on Day 1 then I get the message which hangs. I’m using the latest Build: 2.2.0.51 ( and checked for updates).
No luck. I’m set up with Encryption: On; Unattended Access: On
I will be glad to stick with Remote Assistant if there is an easy quick solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

It really looks like something is interfering into the connection process, I would suggest that the software is whitelisted in the security software and there are no specific network settings that also might block the connection.
