Exclude a Shadow Copy?

A client’s laptop is producing the error, “An item with the same key has already been added.” I recently added a new plan and removed the legacy plan. Should I try to exclude the path of the shadow copy and how can I exclude a shadow copy outside of the general exclusions field?

[reply=“PaulH;d687”] Shadow Copy errors refer regular folder paths that go after “GLOBALROOT”, so you just need to select/exclude correct folder on your HDD and that’s it.
