So I have a client who has a server with 500gb of data. They backup to 3 x USB disks which they change each night so one is being written to, one is stored in a safe and the other offsite.
Basically they want to run a full backup every night but although the backup is set to full it seems only to back up the changes.
Is there any way to make sure a full image or file backup is run every day so that a single disk can be used to restore the whole system from should it be required
