I have set up a data backup for a hard drive on a server running Windows Essentials 2016. Often when I look at the backup plans it says “Instant backup starts in XX seconds”. The XX starts at 59 seconds and then counts down to 0 and then starts over. What does that mean? Eventually it begins to run after several cycles.
