Issue in Backup Plan creation from RMM (SQL Server)

Hi Team,

I am facing issue, while creating a backup plan from Remote Management Console(https://mspbackups.com/AP/Default.aspx)

I have added an image which shows that plan creation getting stuck at step 4 where Databases list supposed to be display.

Seeking solution for above issue.
