Keyboard mapping Problem

Hello everybody,

When connecting from Mac OS (10.13.6) to a Windows 10 Machine, keyboard mapping is very confusing.

Not only the mapping isn’t Mac style, but it’s neither Windows style.

Sending “a” from Mac, get a “q” in Windows (like if mapping changed from French to English).
English symbols (below numbers) are in case French symbols (for example # is a ").

So, it’s impossible to send an @, or another special char like # or .

Is there a way to force keyboard mapping like source, or destination ?

[reply=“deux11deux;d1797”] Can you tell us what locale is set for the keyboard on the Windows and Mac machines so we can test?

Sure, the locale is set to “French - France” on Mac OS and Windows machines.
