Latest Windows and Mac OS RA installed......

Hi Guys

I wonder if somebody has a quick fix they can pass on?

I have the latest Windows version installed. Which is working just fine between Windows 10 machines.
I have a colleague who is having to work from home due to COVID-19. She has downloaded and installed the latest Mac OS RA. When she tries to connect to the Windows machine, she receives a message stating that the Mac OS RA software is out of date.

I know both machines are up to date with software updates and patches from Microsoft and Apple.

The Mac is running Mojave, so it should be fine.

If anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful to you.
