Lost link to backup folder in cloud for restore

For whatever reason my link to my backup files does not work and I am unable to restore files.

I have tried to change the prefix however I am unable to see the backup file in cloudberry

[reply=“marty farty;d1475”] Could you please clarify what you mean by “Link”? Try using a restore-only mode. You’d need to edit your account and in the advanced options section enable the corresponding check mark.
