It looks like the feedback options is now missing from the web-based management console. Is this intentional, or am I just blind and missing it?
Hi [reply=“Russel McConnell;d2584”],
In response to customer feedback, we changed the display mode for this option, as the location of the feedback button has blocked access to some platform features. It will no longer appear every time you log in, as it did before, and will appear in the lower right corner of the console with the option to hide it for a while.
How do I get it to show again? I don’t see it at all at this time.
[reply=“Russel McConnell;9438”] if you clicked remind me later it doesn’t come back for a week. If you closed it, it should be back the next day. Unfortunately there’s no way to directly re-enable it. There’s going to be a new help option added to bring it up but it’s not in place yet. I suppose you could try clearing your browser cache and cookies for the website and see if that helps. But I haven’t tested that.
Yeah. I cleared the cache already. I think that I clicked for it to remind me later, about a month ago. I haven’t seen it since.
[reply=“Russel McConnell;9440”] It should be back if you hid it that long ago. If you have a popup blocker, try disabling it or using a different browser as a test.
[reply=“Russel McConnell;9440”] You can always directly access the feedback portal at https://feedback.msp360.com/
For those who might have this same problem:
As it turns out, I had to clear ALL caches and cookies in Google Chrome, then it worked just fine.
