MSP360 CloudBerry Windows Desktop / Is 5TB Limit for AWS Account or AWS Bucket?

Hi –

We use the MSP360 CloudBerry Windows Desktop version to backup to a bucket in AWS. We have an active maintenance contract. I see that the “MSP360 Backup Desktop Edition” has a limit of 5TB.

My question: Is that 5TB limit based ONLY on the total data in the single AWS Bucket that I use MSP360 with? Or is it the total data across ALL Buckets in my AWS account – even those buckets in my account that MSP360 doesn’t upload to?

The 5TB limit is based solely on the total data in the single AWS Bucket that you use MSP360 with. It doesn’t take into account other buckets in your AWS account that MSP360 doesn’t upload to.
