Old Exchange Backups are not deleted

Hi,
I have a problem that I have still Exchange Backups which are nearly 2 years old, even the retention policy defines that vackups are only kept for 12 month.
Yesterday I did a consistency check which results in the fact that the Cloudberry displays only 996GB used storage instead of 6TB before the consinstency check But however I have still 6TB used storage (juts looked on the storage) and if I check the backup storage in Cloudberry I still can see all partial anf full exchange backups, back until March 2019. I can´t even remove this backups manually, only restore and item level restore is possible.

Hi,
after removing an old image I was able to perform a Exchange Backup which results in deleting the old exchange backups. Therefore the problem is solved, I did not know that old backups are only deleted when perfming a backup.
