Remote Access with Screensaver Active

When trying to access my PC remotely when the screen saver is active, I am unable to login. is there a way to overcome this?

I have the same problem, never had a problem with other remote access apps, I guess it’s just the way that Cloudberry do things.

Please clarify the version of the Remote Assistant application you are using?

We recommend updating to the latest release of 2.2.0.51.

Hello. I believe I had the newest version as I had just downloaded it. Since I could not get it to work, I abandoned it and started using Chrome Remote Desktop.

Please be noted that in case the option to “Prompt for incoming connection” is turned on for the host machine (i.e. the controlled machine, see below), the connection prompt window will not deactivate the screensaver.
