Remote Assistant error

Hi, I´m trying to acccess my office computer from home.
Error:
Remote Assistant start failed on remote computer, force quitting running application instances has failed.

It seems that software doesn’t have sufficient permissions to restart the host process on the remote machine. Please check that it is running from an Admin account.

[reply=“José Augusto Cavalcanti;5173”] First of all I would suggest using Unattended Access, which you can setup simply by following this guide:

After that execute services.msc —> right-click Remote Assistant Service —> LogOn —> Set to your Admin account
