Remote screen image too large

Greetings,
I’ve just tried using Remote Assistant for the first time and found that, even though the screen on the remote computer is smaller than mine, the image of it that I see on my screen is enlarged enough to run off my monitor and require the use of the resultant scroll bars to see all parts of the screen image. Is there a way to reduce the incoming image to the actual size on the remote machine?

Thanks, David. I’ve not yet found that option, but will look further when again connected.

[reply=“Bill Schuhle;6329”] Scaled View icon in the toolbar. Looks like 4 arrows stretching out from the center. That should do what you need.
