Restore entire bucket at a specific date with S3 versioning

I have a Amazon S3 bucket with thousands of files and directories. S3 versioning was activated when the bucket was created.

Is it possible to use CloudBerry Explorer to download the bucket to my computer as it was at a specific date (such as July 13, 8:00 AM)? Or am I obligated to go file by file to do so?

Thank you

[reply=“Emy;d1014”] I think you’d have to do that using the S3 API. See if this post helps. https://medium.com/@ManagedKube/s3-how-to-restore-an-entire-folders-version-74042cca0a9c

Thanks David! It’s awesome there’s already a project for that!

p.s. If anyone knows if there’s a way to do it with CloudBerry Explorer, please ping me.

[reply=“Emy;3636”] I’ll ask the team, but looking over the docs, I did not see that option.

[reply=“Emy;3636”] Looping back. I did check and the team told me it’s not possible to do in Explorer. Best to do it via the S3 API. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you. I hope it will be added to CloudBerry Explorer one day.
