Restore plan fails with error - Some blocks are corrupted.

Hi,

I am trying to restore a backup as a VM on ESXi host, as well as VMWare disk files to a NAS device, from an image based backup. Restore plan starts downloading files and at about 10% stops with a warning:
Cannot complete the restore plan (code: 2514)
Some blocks are corrupted. The restore plan cannot be completed

Can anyone advise what can be the problem? Where to look for clues?
I tried different restore points going back 1 month and the very recent one - same result.
