hi, i have foregetton the encryption password, shall i restore it from cloud to the same local system without encryption password

If you have the original backup plan that was used to transfer the data to the cloud you’d need to open a support ticket and explain the situation. Can’t guarantee that data will be 100% restored, especially if you also changed the password previously, but that’s the best way to try and restore your files.
