Same as Trevor

I am having the same problem as “Trevor” on this https://forum.msp360.com/discussion/1845/windows-cannot-access-mapped-drive-because-of-permissions-error

I am working with my own household computer. I am the only user, and I have confirmed that I am the administrator. What next, please? Thank you. SHC

[reply=“stephenC;d1922”] Under Mapped Drives in Options, are you sure the account is Mounted? Once mounted, it should show up under you Computer in Windows Explorer as a mounted drive.

Please provide additional details on mapped drive settings (Mount As option should be selected), others?
