Simple Question - What does the 'Size on Storage' label means?

Please take a look at the screenshot for easier understading.

On the Full backup i uploaded 235408 files and Size on Storage shows 256MB??
them on my latest upload it shows 1.18GB !

I know my full size on amazon is 1.3Gb.

What does the ‘Size on Storage’ label means?

If its a full backup, it should be close to 1TB am i correct?
