SQL query 'UPDATE cloud_files SET date_deleted_utc = ? WHERE parent_id = ? AND date_deleted_utc

Around 4-6 weeks ago the filesystem backup on our primary file server stopped completing nightly backups and started filling the logs with lines like the following:

SQL query ‘UPDATE cloud_files SET date_deleted_utc = ? WHERE parent_id = ? AND date_deleted_utc = ‘99999999999999’’. Parameters: ‘20190403224649, 162767’ takes in total: 00:00:05
There are thousands of these lines and the backup job doesn’t fail, but runs indefinitely.

I opened a case and was told it’s a known issue and development is working on it, but we’ve been waiting a long time. Has anyone else seen this behavior and found a work around?

Thanks…

[reply=“Chad Worthman;d861”] That’s a known issue. Will be fixed in version 6.0.2 which is scheduled for release next week(this can change) for managed backup customers.

Thanks. I’m willing to beta test if that’s an option. Getting nervous about missed backups.

[reply=“Chad Worthman;2994”] That purely depends on our QA and we’re currently preparing the build for release, so additional testing is still required.

Done thanks.
