Seeing this error on ver 2.4.3.11 for Mac’s a lot lately - is this because the user lost connection or a bad file that can’t be backed up?

I’m getting this error too on a Mac with Product version: 2.4.0.17 - Any update on this issue or what I can do to resolve the problem?
[reply=“Eric Morse;1275”] We didn’t receive any diagnostic logs from Ian, so make sure you’re on the latest version of the software(2.5) and send us the logs if the problem reoccurs.
