technical question about the remote control feature

We need a remote control solution, and someone recommend us your product, that can be way more than just remote control.
But the base is remote control, on this I have few needs –
1 - an option to be able to login more than one connection to the same server/PC, not like RDP protocol (maybe related to you is that more than one admin can login to same server/PC)
2 - tab viewing and separate window viewing if needed (assume many connections are open) – so we can have one window that we can see all remote connection in one place. Most remote tool open every connection in separate window, and we do not want it.
3 - this tool should be super-fast, so that there will be no delays when connect to the remote server or PC
4 - the more the tool is advance the better, for example recording option and more

Please let me know if we can use your tool for our needs as a base for remote control, and if so, what are the other benefits you have beside remote control?

1 - Coming in the next major release of the software 2.4, however, there is no release defined yet.
2 - At first we will only support multiple windows for different connections, however, tabbed viewing is also a feature that we are considering currently.
3 - This only depends on your connection, we use Amazon AWS as a backbone for our product, or it automatically connects you directly to the remote peer.
4 - Already implemented.
