Unattended mode - unable to initiate connection

Remote workstation contains the latest available RA 1.7.2.118.

When I try to connect I can see only:
Registration in progress…

Connection to 999 999 999
Registration failed: invalid server ID
Check if the application on the remote computer is up to date.
OK

When I launch Remote Assistant on remote workstation’s desktop (ie. under logged user) I can connect without any problem via PIN or my credentials.

What am I doing wrong?

As usual I have found partial answer just after I posted the question.

CloudBerry Remote Assistant Service was not running, although it’s configured to start automatically.
