When I try to update version from 6.0 to 6.3 give me the alert: “Auto unistall previous version failed. Unistall previous version manually and try again”
I can’t open CloudBerry anymore and I cant get to install new version.

Can the upgrade normally be accomplished by installing over the older version? Is Uninstall / Restart PC / Install process you mentioned only needed if this upgrade process fails?
[reply=“Jim Richardson;6012”] No, it’s not normally needed. You can install right over older versions without the need for a restart. I was only suggesting that as a means to address the OP’s upgrade issue.
