When opened CloudBerry Backup Desktop Edition everything is grayed out

Hello,

This started happening http://prntscr.com/k14tn7 as soon as I got it installed. Everything is grayed out. I already restarted once but after I come back to check on it after some time same issue remains. I just even tried restarting the service but it does not make any difference.

[reply=“JohnnyBeGood;d314”] Does it always happen at this time? Do you have any open dialogs inside CloudBerry Backup? You check it by using a Tab key.
Please send diagnostic log by going to Tools | Diagnostic, type a forum url in the description filed in order to have reference. Your logs will help to get more details about the case. Thanks!

It happens randomly. No other open dialogs. I can not send anything because everything is grayed out.
Had to reboot computer to be able to open it.

Rebooted in the morning now in the afternoon same issue http://i.prntscr.com/DAj329kET9ijKJyZfUtPlw.png

Its been over 6 days and there’s no reply from support?

[reply=“JohnnyBeGood;1065”] Sorry for that. Could you please inform the ticket number? We tried to reporoduce but no luck. Did you try to uninstall/install? All your settings will stay intact.

Did not know I need a ticket number. I was hoping to get help here. I created ticket just now Ticket Id : #92679
Just uninstalled/installed. Will see if it will help.

[reply=“JohnnyBeGood;1090”] Please send the console.log that is located in C:\ProgramData\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Backup\Logs
Something strange happens on your machine - this is the only case like this we have.

[reply=“JohnnyBeGood;1090”] Do the icons and menus still function despite them looking greyed out? Or do they both look and are functionally disabled?

Nothing is functioning when its grayed out, only restart solves it.

James from the support suggested checking mark here http://prntscr.com/k4s11j and that is what fixed it.
He says its a known bug. Hope this solution helps someone.

[reply=“JohnnyBeGood;1127”] Good to know. Thanks for the update.
