Thank you for the clarification on the agent and management console upgrade paths. I thought it might be something like that.

You probably already know, but you can set up integration with Connectwise Manage, OptiTune and Autotask. If you are not using one of these, could your RMM receive an email message when the backup plan completes?

And I agree with your sentiments about not being able to remotely manage endpoints' backup plans. Hopefully this is just a temporary loss of feature.

Resolved this by going into the advanced settings from a slightly different angle...
From the Menu, choose Edit Storage Accounts | Choose Edit from the menu on the right | Click Advanced settings | Backup prefix: (I Chose SERVER_SM) | Clicked OK | OK - it took a few seconds, but the change took hold this time. Now backups will be directed to the CBB_SERVER_SM folder in AWS.

Same here. Running a backup now.

I'm able to access the portal. We pulled version 6.3.2.213 out of the sandbox and made it public yesterday. Perhaps that added to our issues. I'm generating the latest version of the software, now.

None of our backups ran successfully last night. The backup program does not seem to be connecting. We cannot access the portal (https://mspbackups.com/) as well.
