Bump

Bump. Anyone got any thoughts on the changed login issue? I used to be able to 'join' an existing logged in user, now it locks the remote party as I connect.

All of these systems are 64bit 10 pro incidentally.

Excel 2016 x64 MSO 16.0.12430.20172 (Live preview disabled)
i7 8550u 32GB Asus machine

Steps to reproduce (100% reproducible on my system)
Start Excel. Invoke a clipboard transaction, succeeds.
Start Remote assist. Return to excel, invoke a clipboard transaction, pointless error message.
Stop Remote assist. Return to excel, invoke a clipboard transaction, succeeds.

Noted that other office apps (checked word/outlook) don't respond in a similar manner.

It's just occurred to me that maybe this message is about a future planned outage (epic planning if so) and the date format is ignoring my regional settings?

Yes. I manage about a dozen machines, I updated mine and one other, those two both do the re-posting the outage notification thing. Others running an older version don't.

Hey Matt. Yeah sorry about that, I wasn't able to change it. Unfortunately experience has taught me to be protective of my email address when trialling unknown products/services, there's too many unscrupulous operators out there. I'll message it to you if that's ok?
