Purge files by doing backup

    I want to delete old file from Glacier storage by doing backup and set Delete versions older than 1 day from backup date. However still files from previous dates are in there. Am I doing something wrong of my thoughts are completely mistaken?

    Hello Stratos,

    There is a possibility that files, in fact, have already been deleted from the Glacier. Please synchronize the repository (go Tools > Options > Repository > Synchronize Repository) for Glacier storage account, and check out "Backup Storage" tab again.

    Repositoty is broken twice. I have recreate the repo 2 times but still there is being a problem. It is reported to support now.
