    Hi,
I have a customer's laptop that was setup with MSP360 RMM, as well as Deep Instinct. Then the laptop was turned off over a month ago.
Then, I set Deep Instinct to uninstall in the MSP360 portal. (I'm assuming the "uninstall deep instinct" command never reached this laptop).
I am currently unable to install the actual antivirus application because deep instinct is blocking it.

Today, I turned on that computer again to setup for a new user.
The RMM wasn't connecting, so I installed that again, no problems.
But Deep Instinct is running. It does not show up in "Add Remove Programs" in windows,
I tried uninstalling from the MSP360 RMM list of installed applications, but that failed.
I tried running the uninstall executable in the ProgramFiles\Deep Instinct\ folder, but that didn't seem to run.
I tried installing Deep Instinct again (thinking this would allow an uninstall), but that failed as well.

Is there anything similar to how Norton used to have a "uninstall everything Norton" executable you could find on their website for the commercial Norton products.
