Was trying to update to the latest version and the installer hung. Now when I try to uninstall, the installer hangs at the attempted uninstallation of the previous version. Is there some kind of removal tool one can download? I'd like to keep the current configuration (I have it backed up, too), I just want to upgrade from version 5.x to the current version.
