Can alerts be configured differently for different types of devices?
We were hoping that there is a way to change our email alerts so that we only get alerts about workstations that are overdue or failed every 7 days as opposed to servers where we would like updates if they are 1 day out of compliance (failed/overdue).
Is that possible to do?
Thank you for your question!
Unfortunately, no. We do have scheduled reports, e.g. Group Report, Overdue Report and etc. In this way, you can receive reports as often as necessary. We also have a backup history report that graphically shows information about backup during the period.
As Klim stated, you can use the Group Level Report to run as needed. If you use the Filter Option - By User, then you can select the user account that is associated with a customer's workstations, as opposed to other assets like Server. But to do that, you would have to use a different user account for each of the types of assets you want to report on differently at that customer.
