Adding additional remote desktop computer to access the host computer
Hi, I have successfully added two laptop computers to connect to a host computer. I physically took the two laptops to the host computer location to do this. I'm glad I did, because I experienced some cliches. I finally succeeded by selecting "other" in the drop down ID box instead of the host ID number . I need a little guidance now because I don't want to lug a desktop to the host location. .I want this additional remote to be able to connect to the host which is set up to be unattended and full control. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Not sure I understand your configuration. Do you want 2 machines being able to simultaneously use unattended access?
Hi Matt, yes that is correct....2 remotes connect to the host simultaneously to work together on issues with the host
This feature is not yet implemented, however, we do have a similar feature-request into which I have added your query.
